What we collect

• Your bag: stored only in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to our server.
• Order details you send on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, delivery address, pincode and the products you order. These reach us only when you choose to send the WhatsApp message.
• Basic usage data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how people use the bag and WhatsApp ordering (for example, products viewed, items added to the bag and orders sent to WhatsApp, with order value). Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_HZ4Z531BQL. It does not receive your name, phone number or address. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

How we use it

We use your details only to confirm, deliver and support your order, and to reply to your questions. We do not sell your information. We share it only with a delivery partner where needed to deliver your order, or where the law requires it.

WhatsApp

Orders are sent through WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order messages for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can clear your bag and the analytics cookies by clearing your browser's site data, or block Google Analytics with a browser extension; ordering still works. To ask us to delete your order details, message +91 90291 16404 or email hello@masala365.in.
