Return & refund policy

This policy applies to Vasant Masala products ordered from Masala365 through masala365.in or WhatsApp.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 90291 16404. If we tell you about a price change, you may cancel before confirming, at no cost.
Returns
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- the pack is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, and
- the product is within its best-before date.
Because spices are food products, packs that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, except when the product was damaged, leaked or wrong when it reached you.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
Please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the pack and the outer packaging. We will replace the item or refund it.
How to return
Contact us on WhatsApp or email hello@masala365.in before sending anything back. Unless the item was damaged or wrong, the cost and risk of the return are yours. Refunds
Approved refunds are made within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods, to the same payment method you used, without any extra fee.
