What we collect

Your cart: stored only in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to our server.
Order details you send on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, delivery address, pincode and the products you order. These reach us only when you choose to send the WhatsApp message.
Basic usage data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your details only to confirm, deliver and support your order, and to reply to your questions. We do not sell your information. We share it only with a delivery partner where needed to deliver your order, or where the law requires it.

Orders are sent through WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order messages for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet legal and accounting requirements.
