These terms apply to your use of masala365.in and to orders placed with Masala365, Kandivali West, Mumbai. By using the website or placing an order, you accept them.

Products

Masala365 is an authorised distributor of Vasant Masala. Vasant Masala and its logos are trademarks of their owner. Product images and pack details are provided for reference; always check the printed pack for ingredients, allergens and best-before dates.

Orders

Sending your cart on WhatsApp is a request to order, not a completed purchase. An order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp confirming the products, total amount and delivery. We may decline or partly fulfil an order, for example if an item is out of stock.

Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. They follow Vasant Masala's current rates and may change without notice. If a price has changed after you send your order, we will tell you the updated amount before confirming, and you may cancel.

Delivery

We deliver in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Delivery costs ₹39 per KG of order weight, rounded up to the next KG; delivery for combo packs is confirmed on WhatsApp. Delivery elsewhere in India is by inquiry and subject to confirmation. We do not ship internationally; orders meant for travel abroad are delivered to an address in our delivery area. Delivery times shared on WhatsApp are estimates.
