The Vasant Daily Delight Masala Combo is a compact set of five everyday packs: Chilli Powder 100G, Kumthi Kashmiri Chilli Powder 100G, Turmeric Powder 100G, Coriander Cumin Powder 100G and Strong Hing 25G. The total weight is 425G, so it fits neatly on a small kitchen shelf.
Having two chillies lets you choose between heat and colour. Chilli Powder brings the spice to dal, poha and sabzi, while Kumthi Kashmiri Chilli Powder adds a rich red colour to gravies and pav bhaji with gentler heat. Turmeric Powder is the pinch of haldi that goes into nearly every dish. Coriander Cumin Powder is the Gujarati dhana jeeru for shaak, dal and kadhi. Strong Hing is used a tiny pinch at a time in hot oil or ghee for the tadka of dal, kadhi and sambhar.

How to use
- Heat oil or ghee first, then add a small pinch of hing for tadka
- Pick plain chilli for heat and Kashmiri chilli for colour
- Add turmeric and dhana jeeru once the onions or vegetables go in
- Close each pack tightly after use and keep away from the stove
